I wanttttttttt !!!
U probably thinking apa saje budak ni pepagi terjerit jerit
i wanttttt i wanttt..
Dah buang tebiat ke ? =}

Ok lah actually , i  felt JELES ....
Haah , jeles sesangat dengan orang yang berbadan comel...
Saya ni haa badan sesangat lah gebus ...
Makin diet makin lah gebusss...

Tapi sejak akhir-akhir ni ,
Orang badan gebus pun boleh jadi ramping pakai benda alah tu ...
Alah benda alah yg nama nya PB = PREMIUM BEAUTIFUL...
Nak beli pulus kekurangan ...
Ialah anak-anak dah nak naik sekolah ...
Lagi satu kalau nak beli installment , nak kena guna CREDIT CARD .
Mana gua ada dongg...
Waaaaaa.....
Tapi gua nak jugakkkkkk

Gua nak nampak ramping ..
Tak nak perut buncit nihh... =(
SO ADA TAK TOWKEY- TOWKEY PB YANG NAK BAGI SAYA PB
PERCUMA PASTU SAYA TOLONG LAH PROMOTE KAT
KAWAN- KAWAN SERTA FAMILY SAYA  YANG ADA KAT
SINGAPORE NI ... =D

Nak jugak saya pakai jeans with no LOVE HANDLE around ..

I WANTTTT PB PLEASE ....



P/s : Saya dah guna dah Spanx dan jugak product yg sewaktu dengan
nya .. Tapi result not that memberangsangkan :(

oooooo ni kes nak slim la ni, su pun tak penah cuba lagik PB, teringin gak nak cuba. ada kwn kat ofis su pakai PB, mmg bdan dia slim sgt. kata dia, bila pakai PB, nak mkn byk pun tak boleh, kalo mkn byk susah nak bernafas, so mkn ckit2, pasal tu cepat kurus...hehehe

Kak, after I got my 1st child > 76kg den I got my 2nd child > 68kg n yet stil I m unhappy until I tried tis on myself. Eat break1st oni, skip lunch n juz had dinner without asking for a 2nd serving. De best, u eat brown rice mixed with white rice n wholemeal bread instead of de usual white ones. Insya'allah can slim down. Eat less gravy fd n more fish n vege n less meat.

My current weight now >58kg back to my pre-marriage weight. Alhamdulillah. Most importantly, nk kene control. Mule2 tu susah jugak but u'll get used to it. Insya'allah. =)

Tk payah nk buang duit beli pill diet. All natural frm mother earth. =)

Ur welcum kak,

I must admit kite ni mane ade bnyk duit sangat. Slalu nyer duit kite utk barang keperluan ruma n family especially anak2... Nak exercise pon tk de mase n malas... So I think tis is a gd wy 2 try. U try n let me noe K... It'll takes time but insya'allah wil drop... My fren tried my tips on herself 2mths ago n she lost 1.5kg.
